Which would be better for a graphic artist in your opinion: Photoshop CS3 or Photoshop Elements?

Neither. Photoshop CS1.

CS3 I hate the layout, and it all together.

What's wrong with CS3's layout? And how does it compare to Elements?

I've tried both CS1, and CS3. Owned them both. Had the best version of CS3. Went back to CS1 because I didn't like CS3. And I don't know about elements.
